Hudson Fairfax Group, through its predecessor company, started as an investment advisory firm in 2005.
It ran an investment fund, the HFG India Continuum Fund, which invested in publicly traded Indian securities. During the operation of its fund, HFG was a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and a Foreign Institutional Investor (FII) with the Securities & Exchange Board of India.
